Hi @Francian Rodrigues ,

Thank you for providing the details.

For Microsoft Virtual Training Day exam benefits, you generally do not need to receive or manually redeem a separate voucher code. Microsoft documents that eligible event-attendee discounts are applied during the exam registration checkout process. [learn.microsoft.com]

Please try the following:

Go to the Microsoft Learn page for the certification exam you want to take and select Schedule exam.

Sign in to your Microsoft Learn profile.

Continue through the registration process to Pearson VUE.

Proceed to the checkout stage. If your account is eligible for the event discount, the discount should be displayed and applied during checkout. [learn.microsoft.com]

Since your training sessions were on September 28 and September 29, 2026, they were very recent. A Microsoft Q&A moderator response for Virtual Training Day discounts states that the benefit may be applied five business days after the event and is associated with the Learn profile for the email address used when registering for the event. [learn.microsoft.com]

If the eligible discount still does not appear after the applicable processing period, please contact Microsoft Credentials Support. Microsoft directs other certification-related issues that cannot be resolved through the standard resources to Credentials Support. [learn.microsoft.com]

Also, this issue is related to Microsoft Training/Certification benefits, rather than an Azure Data Factory product issue.

Hi @Francian Rodrigues ,

Just following up regarding the Microsoft Virtual Training Day exam discount.

The discount is associated with the Microsoft Learn profile using the email address that was used to register for the event, and it is applied automatically at the final stage of exam checkout. A separate voucher code is therefore not necessarily required.

Since your sessions were held on September 28 and September 29, 2026, please allow five business days after the event for the benefit to be applied.

After that period, please:

Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile associated with the email address used for the event registration.
Open the certification exam page and select Schedule exam.
Continue to Pearson VUE and proceed to checkout.
Check whether the eligible discount appears during checkout.

If the discount is still not available after the five-business-day period, please raise a request with Microsoft Credentials Support. For the support request, select Learning as the Product family and Microsoft Credentials as the Product or Service, then choose the category that most closely matches the issue.

Bom dia, @Francian Rodrigues .
