Age verification to play a game.

Thank you for the update. Since your account already shows the correct date of birth and Portugal as the region, and the age-verification page states that verification is not required, you should not need to change your account information or activate verification unnecessarily.

The fact that you can now enter the game but some profile content is still restricted suggests that the game is receiving an incorrect or incomplete age-status signal from the Microsoft/Xbox account. This would also explain why the prompt refers to different countries and why Portugal is unavailable under the mobile-number option.

At this stage, there is no additional setting in Windows or the Xbox app that I can recommend changing. Please contact Xbox Support and choose Contact us, then select an account/profile or privacy-related category and request chat support if available.

When contacting support, include both screenshots and state clearly:

My Microsoft account is an adult account registered in Portugal. The Microsoft account profile says that age verification is not required, but Forza Horizon 6 continues to apply age-verification restrictions to my profile. Portugal is also unavailable as a phone-verification option. Please check the age-assurance status associated with my Microsoft/Xbox account and the region being detected by the service.

Since this is a public forum so nobody can inspect or correct the account-level age status, but Xbox Support can document the mismatch and route it to the appropriate account team. You should not be told simply to change the birth date again, since you have already confirmed that the information is correct.

Esta é uma imposição para adequação em alguns países, apesar de Portugal não estar na lista a comprovação etária deve ser realizada, a Microsoft está introduzindo a garantia de idade para ajudar a fornecer experiências adequadas à idade e atender aos requisitos legais locais. Para acessar alguns recursos, talvez seja necessário verificar sua idade. Existem várias opções disponíveis.:

Se você tentar acessar ou comprar conteúdo adulto ou de 18+, poderá ser solicitado a confirmar sua idade antes de continuar. basta usar um celular e apontar para o QR code, fazer o login e comprovar a idade, demora poucos segundos.:
