Treinamento: instrução para desenvolver novas habilidades.
Hello Gustavo,
The GitHub Student Developer Pack approval does not automatically confirm eligibility for Azure for Students. Azure performs its own academic and account verification. The offer requires the applicant to be at least 18 years old, enrolled full-time at an accredited degree-granting institution, and able to verify the academic status through the institution. It is also limited to one Azure for Students subscription per eligible customer. [azure.microsoft.com], [azure.microsoft.com]
The AADSTS16000 message indicates a separate sign-in or tenant-context problem with the Azure Support Portal. It does not, by itself, confirm that your academic verification was approved or rejected.
Please try the following:
- Sign out of all Microsoft accounts in the browser.
- Open an InPrivate or Incognito window.
- Access the official Azure for Students page directly.
- Sign in with the same personal Microsoft account originally used for the application.
- Use the institutional email only where the academic verification process requests it.
- Confirm that the Microsoft account has not previously activated Azure for Students under another email, alias, or tenant.
Microsoft documents support-ticket mechanisms without a subscription, but authentication and appropriate account permissions are still required.
To better understand the verification failure, could you clarify:
- Are you currently enrolled as a full-time student?
- Are you at least 18 years old?
- Have you ever activated Azure for Students using another Microsoft account or email alias?
- When you start the enrollment, which account is displayed in the upper-right corner: your personal Microsoft account or your university account?
- Does the university email receive the verification message successfully?
- Have you tried the direct Azure for Students enrollment in a private browser session after signing out of every Microsoft account?
Please do not post enrollment documents, email addresses, session identifiers, or other personal information publicly. If Microsoft Support requests documentation, provide it only through an official private support channel.Hello Gustavo,
