Team member cannot view Microsoft for Startups Azure credit balance and usage

Hello Microsoft for Startups Support Team,

Our startup, ITSS INFORMACAO, TECNOLOGIA E SERVICOS LTDA., developer of the PM RUN platform, recently joined Microsoft for Startups through the new Azure Portal experience.

The program administrator, Bruno Miranda Zafalão, can access the Microsoft for Startups account and view the available Azure credits. However, our technical team member, Welson Play Queiroz Silva, is still unable to view the Startup credits dashboard showing the remaining balance, credits used and expiration date.

We have already completed the following steps:

1. Welson was invited to the Microsoft Entra tenant as an external guest user;

He accepted the invitation using his own Microsoft account;

He was granted the Contributor role on the Azure subscription;

He can access the Azure subscription and its technical resources;

However, the Microsoft for Startups credit balance, usage and expiration information is not visible in his account.

We need Welson to have read-only access to monitor the available credits and usage. He does not need permission to change billing information, payment methods, user permissions or ownership of the subscription.

Could you please confirm:

Whether he must also be added separately as a team member in the Microsoft for Startups program;

Where the “Team Members” option is located in the current Azure Portal experience;

Which exact Azure or billing role is required for him to view the Startup credit balance, consumption and expiration date;

Whether Microsoft Support needs to associate his account with our Microsoft for Startups subscription.
