Hello,
We are experiencing an issue in our tenant where B2B invitations are currently blocked due to suspicious activity.
Error message received: "Invitations are blocked for this directory due to suspicious activity. Please contact Microsoft support for help."
Details:
- Tenant: xxxxxxxx
Service: Microsoft Graph API (AdminUsersInvite)
Impact: We are unable to invite external users (guests), which is affecting our operations.
We believe this block may have been triggered due to a high volume of automated invitation requests.
Request: Could you please review our tenant and remove the restriction on invitations?
Additionally, if possible, we would appreciate guidance on best practices or limits to avoid this issue in the future.
We confirm that:
We will implement rate limiting on invitation requests
We will validate email addresses before sending invitations
We will ensure compliance with Microsoft policies
