URGENT: Production Data Loss - Restore Blocked by ProvisionNotSupportedForRegion

Hello Support Team,

I am experiencing a critical production issue. I need to restore a MySQL Flexible Server from a backup, but all manual attempts are failing with a "Conflict" error.

Resource Group: ServidoresFuntef

Location: Brazil South (brazilsouth)

Subscription ID: da8d2f75-7e89-4322-af10-6473f8a2a514

Offer: Pay-As-You-Go (MS-AZR-0003P)

The Issue: Every restore attempt fails with the error: ProvisionNotSupportedForRegion. The message states that provisioning in brazilsouth is not supported for my subscription, even though I have other active resources in this region and account admin rights.

Steps already taken:

Attempted restoration to both Burstable and General Purpose tiers.

Verified Quotas: Microsoft.DBforMySQL/flexibleServers is not even appearing in my "Usage + Quotas" list for Brazil South, preventing me from requesting an increase manually.

Attempted restore via Azure CLI and PowerShell with no success.

Urgency: This is a production database for FUNTEF-PR. Our backup retention is set to 7 days, and we are approaching the limit. If we cannot provision the restored server immediately, we will suffer permanent data loss.

Please white-list or allocate the necessary capacity for MySQL Flexible Servers in Brazil South for this subscription so I can complete the Point-In-Time Restore.
