Credit Extension Request - Microsoft for Startups

I hope you're doing well! I'm reaching out regarding our Microsoft for Startups credits (US$ 25k) expiring this month (nov-14).

The situation: We've used less than 10% of the credits over the past year. While this might seem counterintuitive, it reflects a deliberate strategic decision: as a small startup, we focused on solidifying our core operations before scaling.

The timing (and the ask): We're now at the exact inflection point where these credits would deliver maximum impact, right as they expire. I'd like to explore the possibility of a 12 month extension.

Why this makes sense for Microsoft:

• We're bringing workloads INTO Azure
  • Currently running Supabase backend outside Azure
    • Short-term goal: migrate to self-hosted Supabase on Azure infrastructure
      • Migrating from OpenAI and Anthropic API directly to Azure OpenAI API
      • Proven traction & imminent growth:
        • Commercial launch: June 2025
          • 700+ users achieved purely through organic growth (no paid campaigns yet)
            • Planned marketing campaigns starting December to scale the platform
              • Infrastructure needs growing exponentially
              • Concrete ROI: Rather than burning credits without strategy, you'd be supporting a startup with validated product-market fit, real users, and a technical roadmap that deepens Azure commitment exactly when we need to scale.

This isn't just about extending credits—it's about timing our Azure migration and AI intensification with the growth phase where that support becomes truly essential.

Bottom line: We're the kind of success story the program aims to create: responsible resource management, proven traction, and a clear path to becoming long-term Azure customers.
