    Dear @Gleriston Jose de Santana,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum. We’re happy to assist.

Since your thread is written in English, I will reply in English. If anything is unclear or misunderstood, please feel free to let me know.

To use SharePoint Online (SPO), your tenant must have an active subscription that includes SPO. Please follow these steps to verify:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft Admin Center.
    2. Navigate to Billing > Your products.
    3. Check if your subscription supports SharePoint Online.

For details on which subscriptions include SPO, please visit this link: SharePoint service description. If your tenant already has a subscription that includes SharePoint Online (SPO), you need to assign the license to the user so they can access SPO. Please follow these steps:

    1. Go to Users > Active users in the Microsoft Admin Center. Imagem do usuário
    2. Select the user(s) who require SharePoint access.
    3. Under Licenses and Apps, make sure the subscription that supports SPO is assigned to the user and all necessary apps are checked. Imagem do usuário Imagem do usuário

Note: If you’re an end-user, please coordinate with your Office 365 Global Administrator to handle these steps.  If you’re unsure who the Global Admin is within your organization, you can find guidance on locating them here: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support.

If you haven’t purchased a subscription that includes SharePoint Online (SPO) yet, you’ll need to buy one to use SPO. For a detailed comparison of available plans and to choose the one that best fits your requirements, please visit this link: Microsoft 365 business plan comparison and Microsoft 365 Enterprise plan comparison

After assigning or purchasing, allow up to 24 hours for SharePoint Online services to be provisioned.

I hope this information is helpful. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out. We are here to help. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.
