POWERPOINT (Office 365) não abre!

Tenho o MS Office 365 (Home) e está instalado/atualizado corretamente.

De repente, o POWERPOINT parou de abrir. Não dá qq sinal de abertura ou funcionamento. Mesmo com Excel e Word funcionando normalmente.

Já fiz as opções de Configurações / Apps / Reparos. Tbm desinstalei e instalei novamente. E nada resolveu.

Como fazer para voltar a funcionar???

If PowerPoint from Office 365 won’t open but other apps like Word and Excel work fine.

Please try these suggestion:

Start in Safe Mode: Hold Ctrl while opening PowerPoint, or press Windows + R, type powerpnt /safe, and press Enter. If it opens, an add-in may be causing the issue disable them under File > Options > Add-ins.
Check for updates: Go to any working Office app, click File > Account > Update Options > Update Now.
Create a new Windows user: Sometimes user profiles get corrupted. Creating a new user account can help confirm if that’s the issue.
Run PowerPoint from the command line with /onlineRepair if basic repair hasn’t worked.

Tudo bem, Giuliano? Vamos realizar um teste:

Aperta Win+R e cola o comando powerpnt /safe e aperta Enter
Se abrir corretamente, o problema pode estar em complementos ou aceleração de hardware, clica em "Arquivo" -> opções -> avançado -> Exibição -> Desmarca a opção "desativar a aceleração de elementos gráficos de todas as aprentações".
Fecha o Powerpoint e reinicia o computador, abre o PowerPoinbt e verifica se funciona a contento.
