Issue with accessing labs on training portal

Not all instructor-led courses on esi.microsoft.com are accessible; it redirects to Microsoft Learn's self-paced learning paths. When attempting to complete labs there, the labs automatically load our company's Azure environment, which is problematic since the user has a company account and can only see the company Azure environment while trying to access labs.

Hello.

You should launch a fresh InPrivate or Incognito window and navigate directly to the Microsoft Learn module from the ESI portal to ensure a clean authentication handshake. Within the Learn module, make sure you explicitly click the Activate Sandbox button, which provisions a temporary, free Azure subscription tied only to that session. If the lab still defaults to your organization's directory, you can manually switch directories by clicking your profile icon in the top right of the Azure portal and selecting the Microsoft Learn Sandbox directory from the list.

Regarding the instructor-led redirection, these courses are typically scheduled events; if you aren't currently enrolled in a specific live session, the ESI portal will automatically route you to the equivalent self-paced material on Learn.
