Hacked account

So half a month ago my accounts got compromised and one of them was my xbox account where i played call of duty. Now i do not have access to it, cannot change password and i do not remember every detail of this account (only card details, xbox game tag and old e-mail). And i cannot recover it by microsoft form because of all the details i do not remember. The only thing i have as a proof of my account ownership are the e-mails of changing the e-mail and password.

Is there a chance to recover it or am i cooked ?
