How can I share the plan in Planner via a link?

Hi,

before the Microsoft Planner was updated, there was an option for other users to join via a link to a single plan (by using "join" button). After the update, I don't see this possibility - I can only manually attach board members (so they can add themselves to tasks). Is there any way to make the plan available via a link so that users have full ability to edit and add to the tasks in the plan?
