Hi Sergiusz,
My name is Umar and I'd be happy to help you out with your question.

Are you using the same Office 365 account to log in to both Teams and Outlook? If so, by default, the Teams calendar should automatically sync events from your Outlook calendar.
However, if you're experiencing issues where meetings scheduled in Teams do not appear in your Outlook calendar, it may be due to a configuration issue or a synchronization problem. Here are several steps to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:
Make sure that both Microsoft Teams and Outlook are signed in with the same Microsoft 365 account. If they are using different accounts, they will not synchronize properly.
Ensure that both Microsoft Teams and Outlook are updated to the latest version
Ensure that calendar integration is enabled in Microsoft Teams.
Check Teams Settings:
Open Microsoft Teams.
Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Settings.
Go to the General tab and ensure that the option "Register Teams as the chat app for Office" is checked. This option allows Teams to integrate with other Office applications.
Check Outlook Settings:
Open Outlook.
Go to File > Options > Add-ins.
In the Manage box, click COM Add-ins and then click Go.
Ensure that "Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office" is enabled.
