Print Spooler Does Not Start Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition Service Pack 2

I have a problem with Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition Service Pack 2, regarding starting the print spooler. The print spooler process is set to start automatically. Currently the service is stopped, the system retries to start the service, starts for a moment and then goes into the "stopped" state. Manually calling the process via cmd does not work. There are no files in the location "C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS". The following errors are displayed in the event log:

-Event ID 7031

"The Print Spooler service unexpectedly terminated. This has happened: 497 times. The following corrective action will be taken within 60000 milliseconds: Restart the service."

-Event ID 1000
"Faulting application spoolsv.exe, version 5.2.3790.4753, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0800000000."

Running the command "sc config spooler depend= RPCSS" does not work.

During the system restart, a message regarding DEP appeared with options:

• enable the feature only for essential Windows programs and services,
• enable DEP for all programs and services except those selected below: -- Adobe Reader -- Spooler SubSystemApp
