Hallo, controleer eerst of Office voor Thuisgebruik 2024 bij uw Microsoft-account staat: https://account.microsoft.com/services
Open daarna Word >> Aanmelden en gebruik hetzelfde Microsoft-account waarmee u de productcode hebt ingewisseld. Bent u met een ander account aangemeld, meld u dan eerst af.
Staat Office 2024 daar wel, maar blijft de melding verschijnen? Sluit alle Office-apps en gebruik het Microsoft-hulpprogramma om de lokale licenties te verwijderen: https://support.microsoft.com/nl-nl/microsoft-365-activation-licensing/how-to-remove-office-license-files-on-a-mac
Open daarna Word en meld u opnieuw aan met datzelfde account om Office te activeren.
