Subject: Work account not recognized after Copilot update (personal account forced)

Description: My email address ******@intenzoo.nl exists simultaneously as: • a personal Microsoft account, • a work account in the Intenzoo tenant, • and a Teams alias (******@teams.intenzoo.nl). After the recent Copilot update on macOS, a Microsoft identity conflict is preventing me from accessing Copilot with my work account on my MacBook. Here is what happens: • On my iPhone, Copilot correctly uses my work account and shows my full Copilot history. • On my MacBook, Copilot only offers my personal Microsoft account, not my work account. • In Microsoft Edge, I receive error AADSTS50020 (“User account is a personal Microsoft account”). • In Safari, I can sign in, but I am routed into the wrong tenant, so my Copilot history is missing. • My work account (******@intenzoo.nl) is no longer presented as a login option on macOS. • My Teams alias appears to override or interfere with the work account identity. This issue cannot be resolved locally. I have already tried: • signing out of all Microsoft services, • clearing cookies and cache, • switching browsers, • using the enterprise login route (login.microsoftonline.com), • avoiding the personal account and Teams alias. None of these actions restore access to my work tenant on macOS. This appears to be a tenant routing / identity conflict between my personal Microsoft account, my work account, and the Teams alias. What I need Microsoft to do: 1. Re‑register my work account (******@intenzoo.nl) as the primary identity for Copilot and Microsoft 365 authentication. 2. Remove or detach my personal Microsoft account from Copilot on macOS. 3. Correct the Teams alias (******@teams.intenzoo.nl) so it no longer overrides the work account. 4. Restore the correct tenant binding, so Copilot on macOS uses the same Intenzoo tenant as my iPhone. Important: My Copilot history is fully visible on my iPhone, which confirms that the work tenant is correct. I need Copilot on macOS to use the same tenant.
