Ik heb mijn wachtwoord aangepast voor mijn werk email

Dit heb ik gedaan met 2 traps verificatie (alternatief email en telefoon nr)

Met mijn nieuwe wachtwoord kan ik niet inloggen.

Als ik vraag om een code naar mijn telefoon nr te sturen geeft hij aan : identiteit onbekend.

Ik kan nu niet meer in mijn werk outlook office 365 ik kan eigenlijk niks meer !!

Wat moet ik nu doen ?

    I’m sorry you’re locked out of your work account. Where did you change the password — through your company’s password-reset page, office.com / microsoft365.com, or another Microsoft page? After changing the password, do you receive an error saying the password is incorrect, or does the problem occur only when Microsoft asks for the verification code?

    When you request the SMS code and see “identity unknown”, could you share the exact wording or a screenshot, with your email address and phone number hidden? Can you sign in to the account anywhere else, such as https://www.microsoft365.com in a browser, Teams, or another device?

    Please do not post your password, verification codes, full email address, or phone number.
