I paid for my office Family 365, but I can't use it, it keeps saying I'm using a version with no license, and I've tried everything.

I pay it every year, and to Microsoft Payments Dublin Directly. I use a windows 11 laptop.
Can you just cancell my subscription? I haven't been able to make use of it for a while now, so last year has been just a waste of money and I don't want to pay another year for something I can't use.

If you go to https://account.live.com > Subscription, is the family subscription showing as "active"?
If so, on the app, have you tried going to Files > Accounts, click on Update License, make sure you log in with the correct account, and see if it works?
If it still doesn't work, I would like to gather a bit further information to see if you might have some old cached license in the system that is causing issue.
Can you please type cmd in the search on the taskbar, and press enter to launch Command Prompt, then run these commands one at a time.

Please type cmd in the search on the taskbar. Don't press enter key yet. Instead, choose "run as administrator" to launch Command Prompt. Then run these commands one at a time. After that, restart the computer and reinstall again and see if it installs this time. If for any reason it still doesn't reinstall let me know the error message.
