Camera orientation issue in Microsoft Teams on iPad Air (M4)

I would like to report a technical issue with the camera in Microsoft Teams.

Device information:

Device: Apple iPad Air (M4)

Operating system: iPadOS (latest version installed)

Application: Microsoft Teams

Problem description:

When I start a video call in Microsoft Teams on my iPad Air (M4), the camera image is rotated 180 degrees. The video appears upside down for both myself and other participants.

Important detail:

The camera itself is working correctly. When I use the normal Camera app or other applications on the iPad, the camera orientation is completely normal. The issue only occurs inside the Microsoft Teams application.

Troubleshooting steps already attempted:

• Restarted the iPad
• Reinstalled the Microsoft Teams application
• Cleared the Teams cache
• Checked camera permissions in iPad settings
• Disabled Center Stage
• Rotated the device and tested both portrait and landscape modes

Unfortunately, the issue persists after all these steps.

Because the problem only occurs within Microsoft Teams and not in other apps, it appears to be a compatibility issue between Microsoft Teams and the Apple iPad Air (M4) camera orientation.

Could you please investigate this issue or advise if there is a known fix or upcoming update that resolves this problem?
