I can't download minecraft Java edition because the microsoft store sends me an error

I can't download minecraft Java edition because the microsoft store sends me an error.

I bought minecraft Java and Bedrock with a key and submitted the key. Minecraft Bedrock downloaded perfectly fine, but when try to download minecraft Java It wont let me.

It says that "This product is currently unavailable. Try again later."

I have waited for over 2 weeks with checking twice a day if I was able to download it than, but it has not been solved yet. I really want to play Minecraft Java, so how do I fix this problem?

Hi ,

Your order history says the Minecraft Bundle Java & Bedrock. If so, you'll need to contact Microsoft Support.

Legacy doesn't conflict with accounts. If it's telling you that you need to purchase the game, there's something wrong with your account.

The best way to contact Microsoft is through the Home chat. Access the link below and type "Windows." Below, there will be a Contact Support option. Enter your details to open the chat, and a Microsoft agent will come to assist you.

Hallo, ik heb dit stap voor stap geprobeerd en het is helaas niet gelukt.

Als ik de minecraft launcher open staat er dat ik Minecraft bedrock kan spelen, maar ik Java moet kopen terwijl ik die al een tijdje heb en ook al gespeeld heb. Sinds een update een paar maanden terug heb ik dit probleem gekregen.

Bij de microsoft store staat er echter wel dat ik Java heb, maar ik mag het niet downloaden en dan krijg ik de error weer te zien.

Ik heb hier 2 extra screenshots die misschien kunnen helpen.

Ik waardeer dat je mij hiermee wil helpen en complimenten op de snelle reactie.

Hi ,

Do the following: uninstall all Minecraft and install only Minecraft Legacy from the link in the previous post and log in with your account that has two games and do the test.

Hello,

I have unistalled all files of minecraft and installed minecraft legacy, but it still wont work.

I get the same things as before, I only have bedrock and still need to buy Java.

At this point I am kind of dissapointed and clueless if it is even able to be fixed. Because I do not really want to spend another 30 bucks to buy minecraft for only Java.
