Cannot remove nor use Remove Microsoft Authenticator app

I cannot logon with Authenticator app. But I can also not remove the Authenticator app.

Before you can remove LegacyAuthApp, you need to add another phone number or alternate email address, or verify an existing one. If you ever lose access to your account, this info helps you get back in.

I use the 2FA 6 digit code of the authenticator app and that works. But I never receive a "Send sign-in notifcation".

How do I remove the Send sign-in notification from my account? I mean the top one in the listL:
