Can you try adding your Outlook to your iPhone again? Have you selected IMAP or POP3?

My folders in my account are still there but they are all empty!!! Damned.
But on my laptop all my folders are the same as before.
You have any idea how i can fix this?Forward all my e-mails to myself and then place them in the right folders?

Outlook is currently down, and several users are experiencing the same issue. Microsoft is aware of this and is working on a fix.
