Issues with Microsoft Teams on Android Devices

For the past 2 months, approximately 35 users of our clients have been experiencing issues with Microsoft Teams on their Android phones. Previously, users could chat, use Teams, and make external calls using the following 2 licenses: "Microsoft Business Premium + Microsoft Teams Shared Devices." However, for the past 2 months, this has not been possible. When the "Microsoft Teams Shared Devices" license is assigned, they can make external calls, but the chat function is no longer visible.

We have assigned the following 3 licenses to one user: "Microsoft Business Premium + Microsoft Teams Phone Standard + Teams Phone with domestic calling (country zone 2)." However, this also does not yield the desired result. The user still cannot make external calls.

I hope someone on this platform knows a solution to this problem. I look forward to hearing your thoughts.
