Share folder by Teams or Sharepoint without ability to view members

Question

Share folder by Teams or Sharepoint without ability to view members

Anoniem

Hello

We want to share a folder with information to certain employees. Because it's confidential information, the owner doesn't want each member to see who the other members are. Is this possible?

Sharing is between internal members within one company Microsoft tenant.

Thanks

Luk

Hi, I'm Joshua and I am happy to help.

Yes, this is possible with Microsoft OneDrive or SharePoint. You can set up a Private SharePoint Team Site or a OneDrive folder with unique permissions, allowing only specific individuals to access the folder, and each person will only be able to see their own account, not the others'. Additionally, you can set permissions to restrict access to specific files within the folder.

Let me know if you need further assistance.

Regards,
Joshua.
