Microsoft account does not exist / unable to recover account

Hello,

I am having a problem with my Microsoft account. When I try to sign in with my Microsoft email address, I get a message saying that the account does not exist. I am sure that this is the correct email address, and I am currently still signed in with this account in Minecraft.

I also do not receive any verification code or email when I try to recover my account. Because of this, I keep getting stuck in an endless loop and cannot recover my account.

I would like to know how I can check whether my Microsoft account still exists and how I can regain access to it. I especially want to avoid signing out of Minecraft and then being unable to access my account again.

How can I recover my account, or could I speak to a support representative?

    Even een snelle waarschuwing, aangezien je vroeg om met een supportmedewerker te spreken: dit is een openbaar communityforum dat wordt beheerd door medegebruikers, niet door Microsoft-medewerkers. We hebben geen directe toegang tot iemands account.

    De fout 'account bestaat niet' wijst meestal op een alias-kaping. Hackers krijgen soms toegang, voegen een willekeurige e-mail toe aan het account en verwijderen je originele e-mail. Zodra je e-mail uit de aliaslijst is verwijderd, behandelt het systeem het alsof het nooit heeft bestaan, waardoor je steeds vastloopt in een lus en je herstelmails nooit aankomen.

    Aangezien je nog steeds bent ingelogd op Minecraft, hebben we een goede kans om dit te diagnosticeren. Open je launcher of controleer de instellingen van het in-game accountprofiel om te zien of het huidige e-mailadres dat aan die sessie gekoppeld is, wordt getoond.

    Kijk hier en reageer hier als je echte e-mailadres of een willekeurig onbekend adres te zien is. Zo kunnen we precies bevestigen wat er aan de hand is voordat we naar herstelstappen kijken.
