Hello @Kleinman, Mike
Thanks for raising this. I understand why exporting the entire contact list as a single .vcf file would be useful, especially when moving contacts to another application.
At the moment, Outlook for Mac supports exporting/saving contacts as vCards (.vcf), but the current documentation does not provide a built-in option to export the entire Contacts folder as one .vcf file. The available vCard functionality is primarily for individual contacts or selected contacts.
For a full contact export, it currently documents CSV export through other Outlook experiences rather than a bulk .vcf export in Outlook for Mac.
So, unfortunately, there does not appear to be a native Outlook for Mac method to create one .vcf file containing the complete contact list at this time. Third-party tools may be required for that specific requirement.
Since a bulk .vcf export is not currently documented as an available option in Outlook for Mac, you may also consider submitting this as a feature request directly to the Outlook team.
In new Outlook for Mac, go to Help > Give Feedback and use Suggest a Feature to describe the need for exporting the entire contact list as a single .vcf file. Microsoft recommends this channel for feature requests and feedback.
I hope this helps clarify the current capabilities.
