I have two questions

  1. How many licenses of Office Home 2024 can I have in one microsoft account? (I have a laptop with a license, but I'm also looking for a license for my PC).
  2. Are these licenses in the future transferable? In the past I had issues with my PC, and had to wipe everything off. So I want to know if I can manage my licenses, and don't have to buy a new one every time.
