Renew certification

Dear Sir/madam,

Moments ago, I found out that my certifications for MB-800 and PL-300 have expired and cannot be renewed anymore, due to an incorrect (old) e-mail address in my account. I'd still like to complete my renewal! Can somebody help me take this renewal? It only expired a couple of days...
