Hi, so i got a Legion 7 16IAX10 - Type 83KY about 2 weeks ago, i used it as normal untill i experienced crashes, i asked microsoft q and a to take look at my crash logs and they said i needed to use DDU to uninstall my driver and reinstall. I did that which fixed the crashes but now i am experiencing network issues, whenever i launch a game my browser is extremely slow, i cant send images on discord/instagram etc. While idle my laptop can send photos or look stuff up fine. I've tried EVERYTHING!!! but i can't seem to fix it! So i thought i'd ask on here! What else can i try?

Hi Fatima, Welcome in Community

In first instance, if your computer MSI is new one, you should refer the problem with the retail vendor for you dirict of warranty.

Then, do you tried to reset completely the network? If not, do it in this way:

Press WIN + X and open terminal as admin, now type

netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled

netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled

netsh winsock reset

netsh int ip reset

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

ipconfig /flushdns

Restart the system and let me know
