Hi, Essam Amhimed
Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.
Sorry for this frustrating situation that you're encountering. What you are describing sounds like repeated “delete” actions hitting your OneDrive from the cloud side, so even after you restore, the same activity runs again and wipes things back out.
Here are some suggestions you can try:
Go to OneDrive on the web > Settings (gear) > Options > Restore your OneDrive, then pick a restore point just before the nightly wipe. The activity chart and feed can help you spot the exact wave of deletions and roll everything back within the last 30 days.
Immediately check OneDrive web Recycle bin and restore anything missing. Personal accounts typically keep deleted items for 30 days and work or school accounts longer, but anything permanently deleted cannot be recovered.
While you troubleshoot, copy your most important photos and videos out of the OneDrive folder to an external drive or a non-synced folder. If a synced or “online-only” item gets deleted from one place, it can delete everywhere.
For escalation, attach OneDrive sync logs to your support case so a senior team can see what is issuing the deletes. On Windows, logs live in %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\logs and there is also a CollectSyncLogs.bat tool.
On the scam side, Microsoft will not cold-contact you for support, and genuine error messages do not include a phone number. Use Microsoft’s official “report a scam” flow instead of any number from ads or popups.
Hope this helps. Feel free to get back if you have other questions.
