I would like to clarify that I have already tried the restore process several times. Even after restoring my OneDrive, the same problem occurs again. The files keep disappearing again after the restore, which indicates that the underlying issue is still present.
I have also noticed something important regarding the restore process. When I try to manually select a restore date, I only see very limited visibility of the available days. In many cases, the interface only shows the last two days. This suggests that there may be an issue with the restore system itself.
However, when I choose to restore to a point from three weeks ago, the restore process does start. The problem is that I cannot see the exact date being restored. Because of this, I cannot verify that the system is restoring to the correct moment.
I can clearly demonstrate the exact date when OneDrive uploaded the files from my phone. Ideally, I would like to restore my data starting from that exact date. Unfortunately, I cannot effectively do this because the restore interface does not allow me to select or confirm that specific point in time.
I have also attempted to provide information through logs and other troubleshooting methods, but so far I have not received any meaningful response regarding this. I have tried this many times already.
At this point, I honestly do not know what else I can do. I believe I have tried almost every possible way to contact Microsoft, both through resellers and through technical support. Ironically, the resellers sometimes provide more explanations than the support team itself.
Most of the responses I receive from support are short standard messages saying that files cannot be recovered after 30 days. However, this does not address the actual issue I am currently experiencing.
For this reason, I kindly ask again if this case can be escalated to a technical specialist who can properly investigate the issue. This concerns personal data with significant sentimental value, and I sincerely hope that this problem can be taken seriously and reviewed before it becomes too late.
Kind regards,
Essam
