Hello,
MSG files require the Outlook desktop app included with Microsoft 365. Open Outlook first and sign in with the same Microsoft account linked to your subscription, then open the MSG file from File, Open. Also check File, Office Account to confirm your subscription shows as active. If Windows asks you to buy Microsoft 365, set Outlook as the default app for .msg under Settings, Apps, Default apps. If needed, run Quick Repair for Microsoft 365 from Settings, Apps, Installed apps.
