I have the same problem. I run the regedit.exe and found the path. Where do I post the screenshot of the path?

Hello Patrick,

Press Windows+R keys on the keyboard, or Right-click Start on the Taskbar and choose Run.

Type regedit.exe

Press Enter.

Go to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\ClickToRun

Take a screenshot of the path, with the subfolders expanded and post in the next reply.
