Aanvullende functies en problemen met betrekking tot vergaderingen en oproepen in Microsoft Teams voor Bedrijven
As you have raised this issue in English, I will respond in English to ensure our conversation proceeds smoothly.
Hello @Elshof, Martin
Welcome to Q&A forum!
I want to clarify some information to help you understand more about your concerns:
*When do participants have to wait in the lobby?
Depending on the Meeting Options, participants will be placed in the lobby if they fall into one of the following cases:
- They are not included in the “People who can bypass the lobby” list.
- They are not signed in with a Teams account.
- They are guests or external users outside your organization.
- They are required to go through the lobby based on your organization’s policies.
Teams allows you to choose who can bypass the lobby through the Meeting Options settings (as shown in your example). In this situation, since you're referring to people within the same organization, I suggest opening the meeting from your "Calendar", selecting ""Meeting options", and setting “Who can bypass the lobby” to “People in your organization.”
With this configuration, everyone must sign in with the correct organization account to enter the meeting directly. This ensures you don’t need to manually admit participants while still guaranteeing that only the correct, authenticated people join.
Even though I’ve tried to make this as close as possible to your experience, we may be in different testing environments, and I might not fully understand your needs. Please feel free to contact me again if you still have any concerns
