Hi, to clarify Microsoft does not reset or change the account market once an account is tied to a country like Germany. This setting links to how the Microsoft account was created and to billing history.
To keep OneDrive in Netherlands and Dutch, sign in at account.microsoft.com open Your info, then Language and region, and set Netherlands and Dutch. Also check OneDrive web settings and your macOS system language, since OneDrive follows your account and device language.
