Dear Ibrahim Kizilay
May be you didn't successfully send me your attached screenshot so please send me again the screenshot.
Now I’ll walk you through the steps to reset your Microsoft Authenticator and restore access.
First, please ensure that your new device has the Microsoft Authenticator app installed from the official app store. Once installed, you’ll need to re-register your account. To do this, sign in to your organization’s account portal (often via https://myaccount.microsoft.com) from a browser on your computer. Under Security Info, select Add Method, then choose Authenticator App and follow the prompts to scan the QR code with your new device.
If SMS verification is not working, it may be due to carrier delays or outdated phone numbers in your account settings. Please double-check that your mobile number is correctly listed under Security Info. If it is correct but still not receiving texts, I recommend temporarily using an alternate method such as email verification or contacting your IT administrator to confirm that SMS is enabled for your account.
Once you’ve successfully re-registered the Authenticator app, you should be able to log back into your work email without issue. If you encounter any errors during setup, clearing the app cache or reinstalling the app often resolves them.
I hope these steps help you regain access quickly. If this resolves your issue, please don’t forget to hit “Accept Answer” so we know it was helpful 🙂. And of course, if you run into any further difficulties, feel free to reply and I’ll be glad to assist further.
