Als u online naar uw account gaat https://account.live.com > Services & abonnement, wordt het daar dan vermeld? Of staat het in de Bestelgeschiedenis als het geen abonnement is?
Kunt u installeren met behulp van deze instructie
Ga naar https://www.office.com
Meld u aan bij het Microsoft-account dat u voor het abonnement hebt gebruikt. Klik op apps aan de linkerkant.
Klik vervolgens rechtsboven op "Apps installeren". Hiermee wordt nu het installatiebestand gedownload. Eenmaal gedownload, klikt u op het bestand om te installeren. Het zal dan de desktopversie van de apps voor u installeren.
