365 accountfout herstellen lukt niet

365 offline werkt niet meer door accountfout, opties voor accountherstel ook niet. Zelfde probleem nu ook op andere pc met windows10 en op android telefoon werkte outlook alleen zonder account.
Sinds kort vraagt defender na opstarten pc om in te loggen. Als ik op ja klik wordt automatisch ingelogd....
Online via browser kan ik 365 zonder enig probleem wel gebruiken.
Opnieuw installeren van 365 werkt ook niet.
