Ik heb mijn abonnement verlengd maar krijg toch de melding dat het verlopen is

Op 8 september 2023 kreeg ik de melding dat mijn abonnement op Microsoft 365 Family is verlengd. Nu krijg ik de melding dat ik per 1 november 2023 ben uitgeschreven. Ik vraag me af wat er aan de hand is en hoe ik dit kan oplossen.
