Hello
I got the message that my Microsoft/Onedrive account was blocked because my storage was full.
I've removed some documents but I still get this message.
I need to get a working Onedrive account to access the Bitlocker code that was set by Windows 11 on my new laptop.
I've done some research on Google and this seems to be the only way to access my own new purchased laptop.
The Bitlocker was configured automatically without notificating me upfront.
When I try to access the https://aka.ms/myrecoverykey I get the message saying the URL doesn't work.
Can someone help me with this please?
