Can't receive mails on 1 gmail profile on windows 11 Outlook

I have outlook on my asus zenbook with windows 11. I use this to send private mails and also business mails.
I have 2 private gmails.
On one of these, the most used, I do not receive mails and the mails I want to send come in drafts (even though I pressed send).
My business mails all work fine, this is not gmail.
How to fix that one specific gmail? If I login online, to my gmail account it works fine. Besides, I have enough space on my gmail accounts and laptop.
