I am a one man company and therefore I am Admin, only employee and the owner of the licence. I purchased A Microsoft 365 Business Premium with Copilot EEA (no Teams) so that I could move on with the work that had stopped because I only had Basic. The new purchased Premium subscription is active and assigned to my user, but Microsoft 365 Copilot still identifies the account as “M365 Copilot (Basic/Grunnleggende)” and displays an Upgrade button. The licence appear to not be available in the Admin screen..

The subscription shows 1 purchased license, 1 assigned license and 0 available. Please check the Copilot entitlement/provisioning for my tenant and user account.

I noticed that you use English in your messages even though it is an Norwegian-speaking forum; therefore, I will answer you in English based on your previous message. As a friendly suggestion, posting in Norwegian may help your question reach a wider audience and increase the chances of receiving assistance from other community members. If you'd prefer me to switch to Norwegian, please let me know and I'll gladly do so.

    Dear @Tor Ødegård,

Good day! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

To help us better understand the situation, could you please confirm:

    • When was the Microsoft 365 Business Premium with Copilot EEA (no Teams) license purchased and assigned to your account?
    • Under Users > Active users > Your account > Licenses and apps, do you see the license assigned and all related services enabled?
    • Have you already signed out of all Microsoft 365 applications and signed back in with the licensed account?

If the license was only recently purchased or assigned, it may take 24 to 48 hours for the Copilot entitlement and licensing information to fully provision and synchronize across Microsoft 365 services.

In the meantime, you may try signing out of your Microsoft 365 applications, restarting them, and signing back in to refresh the licensing status.

Kindly let me know when there are updates or if you need further assistance. Any updates you’re able to share would be really helpful.

I'm here and happy to help! Thank you for your kindness and patience!
