Hi,
The error message means a group policy is applied by the school or organization that does not allow you to connect to the meetings.
- Are you joining from the Teams app or a web browser?
- Are you using a personal account, i.e., Outlook, or a work/school account?
- If you are using a personal account, is the account a guest in any organization?
