This tool will check your Microsoft account and tell you why you can't sign-in and provide you with instructions as to what you need to do to unblock the account. Whether this is to submit an appeal form to the Microsoft Digital Safety team or to sign into your account on the Microsoft account overview page and verify your account to unblock it.
