i am not receiving mails from discord and outlook.live is BLOCKED?!

I understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you're waiting for verification or password reset emails from Discord.

First, could you please confirm:

• Are you unable to receive all emails, or only emails from Discord?
• Does the ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE error appear when opening Outlook.com in a web browser, or only when trying to access the Help section?
• Which browser are you using when you see the error (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)?

In the meantime, please try these checks:

1. Sign in to Outlook.com via a web browser and check the "Junk Email", "Other", and "Deleted Items" folders for any Discord messages. Microsoft recommends checking these folders when expected emails do not arrive.
2. Go to "Settings" > "Mail" > "Junk email" and verify that:
   • Discord email addresses or domains are not listed under "Blocked senders and domains"
   • If available, add the Discord sender address to "Safe senders and domains"
3. Check "Settings" > "Mail" > "Rules" and make sure there are no rules that automatically move, delete, or redirect incoming messages.

For the ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE error, try opening Outlook.com in an InPrivate/Incognito window or temporarily disable any ad-blocking or privacy extensions. Microsoft has documented that some browser add-ons can prevent Outlook.com pages from loading correctly.
