Flere påloggings- eller kontorelaterte problemer i Microsoft Teams for bedrifter
Hi @91597307,
Thank you for your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
I understand how frustrating it must be to continue being billed for a subscription that you no longer use and cannot access.
Regarding your concern, subscriptions are tied to the original business account that was used to purchase them. Due to privacy and security policies, only the account owner can access the account and cancel the subscription. Unfortunately, Microsoft support and moderators do not have the ability to access or cancel subscriptions on behalf of users without proper account authentication.
As a first step, I recommend checking whether you still have access to the account through any previously used methods, such as the Microsoft Authenticator app. When a business account is set up, it is often linked there for verification, and you may be able to identify or recover the account from it.
If you no longer have access to the associated email, phone number, or authentication methods, account recovery options may be very limited. In that case, you may consider contacting your bank or payment provider to stop recurring charges for the subscription. Once payments are stopped, the subscription should eventually be suspended and removed automatically.
To better understand your situation and explore any additional options, could you please share a few more details:
- Are you receiving any invoices or billing emails from Microsoft?
- If yes, could you share a copy of the invoice via private message so we can review the details further?
I truly appreciate your patience, and I’m here to help as much as possible. I look forward to your response so we can continue working toward a resolution.
Thank you again for your time and understanding. While my initial response may not resolve the issue immediately, I’d like to gather more details about your situation so I can assist you more effectively.
