Hello,

I have been hacked into multiple accounts connected to my microsoft account (such as Battle.net and riot, though others may have been compromised without my knowledge).

I have wiped my computer to factory settings with a new ISO, changed my passord and activated 2FA once more (it was active prior to this)
After i recieved notifications about my riot account having its email changed (it was not changed prior to the recovery).
The emails were also wiped from my inbox (once more, after my recovery). (Could only see the emails though the notification previews on my phone).

Currently, i want to double check if there is any new access (none is shown on the login history on the microsoft security page after the recovery).

Is it possible to contact an administrator, direct contact or have a deeper investigation into my account?

    Hello Jorgen Klausen

I can see that you have been hacked into multiple accounts connected to your Microsoft account and now you wish to ask for a deeper investigation of your account

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, are not allowed to directly interfere with Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited solely to providing technical guidance on reported incidents, requests, or ideas.

Because of this, I suggest contacting Microsoft Suppport for further assistance:

    1. Open a website link - Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. In the box below "We're here to help", type Microsoft 365, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below.
    3. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account.
    4. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as the category, and click to confirm
    5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.

I hope you can get the support you need, have a nice day
