I've noticed that certain websites don't render custom web fonts properly in Microsoft Edge (latest version, Chromium-based). For example, when I visit sites like kortguiden.no, the fonts appear to briefly flash unstyled text (FOUT) and sometimes fall back to system fonts entirely, even though they load fine in Chrome and Firefox.
I've tried clearing the cache, disabling all extensions, and resetting Edge settings. The issue persists in both regular and InPrivate mode.
Steps to reproduce:
Is this a known issue with Edge's font rendering engine? Could it be related to the font-display CSS property handling or Edge's resource loading priority?
System info:
Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi Kevin Erondo
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Forum!
I can see your concern, when something feels “off” in one browser but not others, it’s worth letting the browser team know.
If you want to report this to Microsoft Edge directly, the best way is through Edge’s built‑in feedback tool:
edge://feedback (or Menu → Help and feedback → Send feedback)Hope this can help the team carry out future improvements.
Once again thanks for taking your time letting Microsoft know how they can improve.
