2FA, account is deleted

A very specific issue. I have been searching everywhere for fixes for this. I has a 2FA, connected to my old job account, which now has been deleted as i started a new job. I used the 2FA account for my login to private address. I am not able to recover this, by using other methods to login. When i choose phone number, i get the message "This method is not available right now", and the last two numbers shown after * * * * * * * (number,number) is correct. I were able to get access to my github, which contains my email, but i have no luck logging in to my private outlook, nor recovering it by applying a form, (where i add former sent emails topics to specific emails, because 2FA is enabled. Even though the 2FA connected is deleted/removed..
