Outlook is not opening in chrome (except in incognito mode)

Outlook email is not opening in chrome (except in incognito mode), and will open in other browsers. It gets stuck on the loading page. I am able to login and access other parts of outlook like onedrive.

Anyone know this problem?

    It seems something in your regular Chrome profile, such as a cached file, extension, or cookie, is interfering with Outlook.

    1. Clear Cache & Cookies

    Copy and paste this in a new tab in Chrome: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData

    Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, set time range to All time, clear data, then restart Chrome and try Outlook.

    1. Turn Off Extensions

    Copy and paste this in a new tab in Chrome: chrome://extensions

    Disable all extensions, restart Chrome, test Outlook, then re-enable them one by one to find the problem.
